Miami E-Prix 2027: date and place in the season
The Miami E-Prix 2027 is round five of the 2026-27 championship and takes place on 20 February 2027. It is a single race. The date is confirmed, but the timetable is not yet public.
The race falls two weeks after Austin and a few weeks before São Paulo, so it is a good second stop for anyone doing a North American double. You can see every date on the Formula E 2026-27 calendar.
The Miami E-Prix venue: the International Autodrome
The circuit is permanent and built around Hard Rock Stadium, in Miami Gardens, north of Miami itself. A stadium-based layout usually means that large areas are accessible by foot once inside, with big screens and lots of space for fan activities.
Watching the Miami E-Prix from the stands
We do not have confirmed grandstand names. Choose seats with a view of a corner complex and a screen, and check what category descriptions say about sun exposure, as February in Florida can still be warm.
Getting to the Miami E-Prix
Miami Gardens is some distance from the beaches and the city centre, so allow plenty of time. You can drive or use an event shuttle, but parking and ride-hail drop-off zones are limited, which means early arrival is the best defence against queues.
Where to stay for a Miami E-Prix weekend
Many visitors base themselves in Miami or Fort Lauderdale and travel to the venue on race day. Look at your return journey as well as your outward one. Our Motorsport travel guides 2027 have a checklist for race weekends that applies well here.
