Zandvoort E-Prix 2027: Formula E's first race on the Dutch coast

The Zandvoort E-Prix 2027 is a double-header on 18 and 19 June 2027 at Circuit Zandvoort, the first time Formula E has raced there. Here is what the weekend offers, how the train from Amsterdam works and how to stay ahead of the ticket release.

Zandvoort E-Prix 2027: dates and what is new

The Zandvoort E-Prix 2027 takes place on 18 and 19 June 2027 and makes up rounds fourteen and fifteen of the Formula E 2026-27 calendar. It is the series' inaugural event at Circuit Zandvoort, so there are no previous Formula E results to compare. The dates are confirmed, and the timetable will be published later by the organiser.

It is the next stop after London and comes a week before Madrid. You can view the whole season on the Formula E 2026-27 calendar.

Circuit Zandvoort as a Zandvoort E-Prix track

Circuit Zandvoort is a permanent track on the Dutch coast. Permanent circuits usually offer more varied viewing and better facilities than temporary street tracks, though the Formula E layout may differ from layouts used by other series.

Watching the Zandvoort E-Prix over two days

Two race days give you options: you could choose a weekend plan to see both races, or pick one day if your schedule is tight. We have no confirmed grandstand names. Once the categories appear, look for a view of the main straight plus a corner.

Getting to the Zandvoort E-Prix by train

Zandvoort aan Zee station is a short walk from the circuit, and direct trains run from Amsterdam Centraal in season. That makes this one of the easiest E-Prix to reach without a car, though trains will be busy on race days, so leave early.

Where to stay for the Zandvoort E-Prix

Many visitors will base themselves in Amsterdam and use the train, while others may prefer to stay in the coastal town for a seaside feel. Book early for a summer weekend. Our Motorsport travel guides 2027 offer more general planning advice.
