Safari Rally Kenya 2027 dates

Safari Rally Kenya 2027 is scheduled for 18 to 21 March 2027, making it the third round of the WRC 2027 calendar. In 2026 the rally ran from 12 to 15 March, so the 2027 event falls about a week later. The base is Nairobi. The rally is confirmed, but the itinerary and timetable have not yet been published.

It comes after Rally Sweden and ahead of the Croatia Rally, a contrast of surfaces that sets this event apart on the WRC 2027 calendar.

What makes Safari Rally Kenya tough

The Safari is run on gravel, and the surface is known for being rough, rocky and hard on cars. Crews must balance pace with mechanical sympathy, because a single puncture or suspension failure can end a challenge.
